The Ringers Chocolate Orange 10mm Bandem/Boilies come in 70g resealable tugs and boasts a bright orange colour to help fish identify bait in murky waters.
The shape of the bandem has been designed so it can sit hard on the lake bed, unlike a conventional boilie. These baits also produce a semi-buoyant presentation that makes the bait move naturally when fish are feeding in the area. To produce this presentation, Ringers explains that these baits utilise the weight of the hook as an anchor, to keep them close to the lake bed but still able to waft about when a fish is active over your baited spot (thus the name Wafter).
The perfect wafter presentation can only be achieved when used with the correct size hook. Phil Ringer recommends the Guru QM1 size 12 hook, but others manufacturers patterns may also work perfectly.
