Ordered a new number 3 section for my x75 which arrived after a couple of days, I was away when it was delivered so opened on the morning after my return only to find the section was damaged, I sent an email and photo to Ians tackle and they were really good, it was explained to me about damaged returns policy, which is on the website, and that it should be reported within 24 hrs of receipt of package, I explained i was away when it was delivered, Ians tackle then sent me a another new section the next day ,
Brilliant service, I have used them before and I will definitely use them again 👍
