Gift Vouchers Terms.

Gift Voucher Information.

Paper Vouchers. These will simply be sent to you via Royal Mail. You can then put them in a card for the recipient. These can only be used in our Shop and NOT online or over the phone.

Online Vouchers. These can be used online and over the phone. Once purchased you will receive a special code. You can pass this code on to the recipient to use on the website or on a phone order.

The voucher can be used as part payment or full payment, i.e If your voucher is for £50 and your cart value is £49.99 or if your cart value is £100 you can apply the voucher and pay the remaining £50.

Vouchers can be used only once and by only One account.

If your total is less than the Voucher amount please use the "PayPal" payment option at checkout as this will allow minus amounts.

If your Voucher is to the value of £50 and you only use it for £30 worth of goods there is no way to recover to other £20 sorry, so please try to get as near to the Voucher amount if you want a free checkout.

Gift Vouchers are manually created, so please allow a couple of hours for the Voucher to be created and sent to you. You will receive the voucher code in an email as part of your "Order Update"

Online Vouchers are vaild for 6 months
