Requiring a top kit with a reinforced area (This is a must!) simply drill a 10 mm hole using the special Preston Innovations Roller Drilla Kit, pop the Roller Pulla Bush into the newly drilled and cleaned hole, thread you elastic through the bush and down the top kit and away you go! Couldn't be simpler!
